sketches, layouts, collage, and process

when this project came up and i landed on sketch #2, i was excited to use my own floral photos to build this collage.

i enjoy taking amateur snapshots of plants and flowers, trying to capture their texture and vibrancy — i do it for me, for a lil somethin’ to remember them by.

sometimes i ask myself “what am I going to go with all these photos of flowers?” and then i get to do a project like this.
